Intimate Roundtable Conversations

Market evidence gains depth through direct leadership experience.

Eight editions each year gather 50 senior participants for a two-hour discussion followed by networking. Every edition runs under the Chatham House Rule.

The format turns research findings into operational judgement, and returns fresh hypotheses to the Research Center.

Senior professionals in focused discussion around a long table in a bright room.

How the room feeds the research

Each conversation starts from current market evidence. Participants add the operating detail behind the numbers: staffing, supply, pricing decisions, guest expectations and investment plans.

The curation team records signals under anonymity, turns them into hypotheses and passes them to the Research Center for the next annual study.
